Exchanges (if applicable) for CBD
The nature of the products don’t allow exchanges, in the event that its a manufacturers defect ie., broken dropper, package arrived open or the safety seal was broken; then will an exchange be applicable.
Before a product is exchanged, an email must be sent first to firstname.lastname@example.org, with pictures of said defect and proof of purchase with all contact information in the body of the email. If there is no phone number and we have made at least 3 attempts via email, please note this will void your order and you will not be eligible for a refund. Please allow up to 24 hours for emails to be answered.
During the summer months and with raging temperatures statewide, there are instances where gummies can melt. The only way to ensure that you get your product without it melting is opting for overnight delivery.
We make every effort to ship the product so that it is protected in the heat. Unfortunately we can no longer accept the responsibility of ensuring the goods are not melted if overnight shipping is not picked at checkout.
On the plus side the melted gummies does not affect the use of the product. If you receive a package that has melted, immediately put the package in the freezer for about an hour.
Take it out and let it sit at room temperature and then when soft enough cut into small bite size pieces. You will still get the effect of the CBD.
We sell various products and take the quality of them very seriously. Due to the nature of these products there are limitations to what can be returned. You may return any unused factory sealed item for a refund after 5 days of purchase at the original purchase price minus a 5% restocking and shipping fee.
We are a human based company and are subject to mistakes, if you received the wrong order or defective product, we will replace it, no questions asked!
