Once orders are placed please allow 5-7 business days for payment to clear and orders to be processed. Recovery Packages estimated processing can take up to 20 business days no less than 15 & are shipped via Fed Ex. Please note that we are creating your experience and there is no need to stress. Some delays are to be expected with high demand items.
Orders are shipped using USPS First Class & Priority Mail. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your merchandise from the time your order is processed.
*Once order(s) have been shipped we are not responsible for any delays due to USPS achieving delivery time, please plan accordingly.*
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it you must contact the delivery carrier (either United States Postal Service or Fed Ex, which ever is applicable) to address the issue directly with them. Love on 26 and iHeal SX does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated or marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Expedited shipping service is available at an additional cost. International shipping is also available at an additional cost. International shipping is 10-14 business days. *Please note international shipments have to be declared and pass customs. They can be held at customs which could delay delivery time*
*Some countries may charge a Duty Tax for merchandise shipped. This is not a fee we cover because it’s not related to shipping. If you decide to refuse your merchandise because of the Duty Tax Fee your merchandise will be refunded once we receive the merchandise minus the shipping cost which has been incurred and is also non-refundable*
Orders placed after 4pm (EST) are considered next business day. Orders placed after 4pm (EST) on a Friday will not be processed until the next business day. Please note if there is a holiday in between or if orders are placed on a holiday, orders are not processed until the following business day.
As a method of security there will instances when identification will be required.
Please note any payments made with ViaBill will have an automatic 5 business day hold, starting from the date that your order is placed. On the 6th business day your order will process and ship according to our regular processing schedule. Please allow enough time when placing your order, overnight shipping is not available for ViaBill. If you need an item quicker please use another form of payment such as Square or Zelle.

Exchanges (if applicable)
The nature of the products don’t allow exchanges, in the event that its a manufacturers defect ie., broken dropper, package arrived open or the safety seal was broken; then will an exchange be applicable. Before a product is exchanged, an email MUST be sent first to firstname.lastname@example.org, with pictures of said defect and proof of purchase with all contact information in the body of the email. If there is no phone number and we have made at least 3 attempts via email, please note this will void your order and you will not be eligible for a refund. Please allow up to 24 hours for emails to be answered.
*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to us for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable*
No refunds on any vaping products, unless its a manufacturers defect.
We sell various products and take the quality of them very seriously. Due to the nature of these products there are limitations to what can be returned. You may return any unused factory sealed item for a refund after 5 days of purchase at the original purchase price minus a 20% restocking and shipping fee.
The customer must also pay for the return shipping.
