Exchanges (if applicable)
The nature of the products don’t allow exchanges, in the event that its a manufacturers defect ie., broken dropper, package arrived open or the safety seal was broken; then will an exchange be applicable. Before a product is exchanged, an email MUST be sent first to email@example.com, with pictures of said defect and proof of purchase with all contact information in the body of the email. If there is no phone number and we have made at least 3 attempts via email, please note this will void your order and you will not be eligible for a refund. Please allow up to 24 hours for emails to be answered.
*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to us for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable*

We sell various products and take the quality of them very seriously. Due to the nature of these products there are limitations to what can be returned. You may return any unused factory sealed item for a refund after 5 days of purchase at the original purchase price minus a 20% restocking and shipping fee.
The customer must also pay for the return shipping.
Hey we are a human based company and are subject to mistakes, If you received the wrong order or defective product, we will replace it, no questions asked!
